Madalina is part of the ADV Romania team since 2008, when she chose to support the social mission statement of the organization and to contribute in her own way to improving the quality of living of people in difficulty.
Within the organization, Madalina has been part of several teams for implementing projects with European financing and got involved in organizing and delivering trainings and summer schools addressing specialists in the field (representatives of public authorities, health care providers, policemen, journalists, teachers, etc.) and for beneficiaries of the organization (people with disabilities, deprived of liberty, people from rural areas, etc.), having consistent training in the field of education for health, non-discrimination and peer education.
In 2015, Madalina accepted the challenge of coordinating the activities of the UtilDeco Work Integration Social Enterprise, bringing a new energy and a positive vibe within the team, currently occupying the position of Production Manager.
„The goal of UtilDeco – work integration of people with disabilities – has motivated me to maintain trust and courage and to initiate several changes which shortly proved their efficiency.
An objective analysis of the activities at UtilDeco for the past several years confirms the fact that the employee with disabilities can also be a valuable employee, offering quality services and products, and can contribute together with other team members to maintaining activities at high standards of performance and to customer satisfaction …. And I am very happy to be part of this team.”
Madalina is a graduate of the Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University from Iasi.
