1. The Safely Here<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Safely Here persona<\/a> is usually a male, around 45 years old, with intellectual disabilities that result in cognitive impairments. He values his job immensely, finding safety and satisfaction in routine tasks with minimal stress. While his digital skills are limited to basic personal use, such as emails and social media, he is not interested in advancing them further. Having struggled in past job searches, he appreciates the stability and support offered by WISEs. His goal is to maintain his current job, where he feels trusted and valued, while being open to learning new skills as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
