{"id":7575,"date":"2022-10-11T13:28:39","date_gmt":"2022-10-11T10:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alaturidevoi.ro\/?p=7575"},"modified":"2022-10-28T14:12:42","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:12:42","slug":"launch-of-the-report-on-current-situation-of-skills-gaps-especially-in-digital-area-in-wises-sector-and-anticipating-future-needs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alaturidevoi.ro\/en\/launch-of-the-report-on-current-situation-of-skills-gaps-especially-in-digital-area-in-wises-sector-and-anticipating-future-needs\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of the &#8220;Report on current situation of skills gaps, especially in digital area, in WISEs sector and anticipating future needs&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>The latest and the most comprehensive research on the  current situation of skills gaps in European WISEs, including unique insights about the emplyer and employee personas in work integration social enterprises.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwiseproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"B-WISE  (se deschide \u00eentr-o fil\u0103 nou\u0103)\">B-WISE <\/a>project partners are glad to announce you the publication of the <strong><em>\u201cReport on trends and challenges for Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) in Europe \u2013 Current situation of skills gaps, especially in the digital area\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, prepared by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euricse.eu\/\">EURICSE<\/a>, with the support of all the project partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report aims <strong>to contribute to develop a strategic approach (Blueprint)<\/strong> to sectoral cooperation on the skills needed to reinforce the empowering work of WISEs in <strong>strengthening the skills of WISEs\u2019 workers<\/strong> and to sustainably tackle the digitalization challenges they face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on <strong>27 country fiches<\/strong>, <strong>face-to-face interviews<\/strong> and an <strong>online survey carried out in the 13 B-WISE partner countries<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwiseproject.eu\/en\/news\/launch-of-the-report-on-current-situation-of-skills-gaps-especially-in-digital-area-in-wises-sector-and-anticipating-future-needs#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>, the report analyses the main drivers, features, and development trends of WISEs in the 27 EU Member States and examines skills needs and gaps of WISEs\u2019 workers, in particular regarding digital skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report draws <strong>a map of the WISEs sector in the EU<\/strong> and highlights the challenges faced by these organisations to support workers with support needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first chapter of the report analyses t<strong>he limitations of the labour market and the weaknesses of labour policy measures<\/strong> implemented to support the work integration of workers with support needs. The following chapters deal with the <strong>key features of WISEs, their added value, their drivers, and their development patterns.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chapter 2 analyses <strong>integration models and the fields of economic activity of WISEs;<\/strong> Chapter 3 focuses on the presentation of the variety of <strong>legal structures of WISEs<\/strong> in the 27 EU countries; Chapter 4 presents the <strong>mix of resources WISEs have access to<\/strong>: public, private, monetary and non-monetary; Chapter 5 aims to illustrate <strong>the context of emergence and patterns of evolution of WISEs<\/strong> in three groups of countries; Chapter 6 investigates <strong>technical and soft skills and related skill gaps<\/strong> for WISEs\u2019 workers (managers, supporters and workers with supports needs); Chapter 7, assesses <strong>the state of play of technology<\/strong>, digitisation and digital skills of WISEs in the 13 B-WISE participating countries. Finally, Chapter 8 highlights <strong>recent trends and challenges faced by WISEs <\/strong>in the studied countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report will be the basis of the future work of the project partners.
