On the 12th of September, B-WISE partners <\/a>presented the results of the research conducted all over Europe, with a particular focus on 13 countries, in Frankfurt during the 9<\/a>th<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0EMES International Research Conference on Social Enterprise.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project partners were delighted to share the report findings with the academic community stressing the role of WISEs in shaping the current labour market in Europe.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tackling the social exclusion of vulnerable workers: potentials, limitations and challenges of work integration social enterprises in Europe. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Giulia Galera, <\/strong>Senior Researcher at EURISCE\u00a0<\/a>since 2008 presented the preliminary findings from the research on WISEs (B-WISE project) and Euricse research actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was invited to speak in the PANEL 1 of the EMES conference<\/a>: Harnessing the transformative power of WISEs. To what extent do WISEs contribute to empowering workers that suffer persistent social stigmatization? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martina Paterniti,<\/strong> ENSIE<\/a> Project Coordinator and Project Manager at\u00a0B<\/em>–WISE<\/em>\u00a0project, commented on the present situation of work integration social enterprises in Europe and pointed the dynamic of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of WISE ecosystems across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
