IRINA ISACILA – CO-MANAGER UTILDECO / DOCUMENT ARCHIVING AND STORAGE SERVICE

With over 20 years of experience within ADV Romania, Irina Isăcilă joined the organization in 2003 as a volunteer and gradually advanced into key roles in the fields of psychosocial services and social economy: psychologist, Director of the Iași Center, Director of the Social Economy Department, project expert and coordinator.

She holds a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resources, is a certified social enterprise manager, and has completed a specialization in archival science.

As one of the first employees of ADV Romania, she played an active role in developing both the foundation’s programs and the social insertion enterprise UtilDeco, contributing not only through her professionalism and expertise, but also through her warmth and genuine care for people, her tireless energy to do good, and her natural ability to connect with those she leads.

Together with her team, she also contributed to the establishment of 48 social enterprises in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine through the Social Enterprise Accelerator program.

Since 2012, Irina has been coordinating the Document Archiving and Storage Service within the social insertion enterprise UtilDeco, transforming it into a model of efficiency, adaptability, and social impact.

Currently, as Co-Manager of UtilDeco/Archiving, she leads a team of dedicated professionals with whom she is building an economic model focused on inclusion and social responsibility. With every fulfilled contract, social inclusion comes to life – beyond numbers, beyond results.
For Irina, UtilDeco means "motivation, energy, vision, and wonderful people".
