As a promoter of social economy, she holds the presidency of the Romanian Social Economy Network (RISE) and the vice presidency of the European Network of Social Integration Enterprises (ENSIE Europe). She is a member of Club Europa, a think tank group of the European Commission, and in European networks: Social Economy Europe, DIESES Network, D-WISE Network, EASPD, and Pact for Skills. She is also a member of the Sustainability Coalition, where she coordinates the working group on Diversity, Equal Opportunities, and Inclusion.

She enjoys translating practical expertise into policies and tools that generate a social enterprise sector in the region. In this regard, she has developed together with her team two innovative tools: the ADV Academy, where over 300 people are trained annually, and the Social Enterprise Accelerator, through which she has helped establish 48 social enterprises in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine, united in a European social economy cluster. She is the author of several specialized publications and six legislative initiatives, some approved and others in the review process.

Her greatest professional satisfaction comes when she manages to create employment opportunities for young people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, in line with her social work profession and her Master's degree in integrated education for people with disabilities. Annually, over 150 young people with disabilities and from other vulnerable groups are counseled, and employed in the labor market, and in ADV group of social enterprises.

In life, she follows the principle - "What we do every day... practically defines our future!"
