INGRID ENACHE – MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Ingrid joined the ADV Romania team in 2020, starting as a public relations and communications assistant before taking on the role of marketing and communications specialist.
With a background in philology and over four years of experience, she has built a strong foundation in developing and implementing communication strategies tailored to the social economy sector.
She has played a key role in the growth and visibility of strategic initiatives such as JobDirect for Youth NEETs and the Social Enterprise Accelerator. Ingrid is actively involved in the dissemination of European projects focused on skills development in the social economy, including baSE, ESIC, and DIGIT-ABLE. She also manages communication efforts for JobDirect and RISE Romania - the national network for social economy.
Since September 2024, Ingrid has been leading ADV Romania’s communication and marketing activities. In this capacity, she also coordinated a pilot internship program within the department, mentoring three NEET youth in applied communication strategies and visual content development across the organization’s social media platforms.
She delivers training sessions on branding, communication, and ethical promotion for aspiring social entrepreneurs. Additionally, she has facilitated workshops for specialists working in WISEs, focusing on the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence in day-to-day operations, internal communication, and external outreach.
Her learning journey is continuous and grounded in practice. She develops her expertise not from theory, but from experience—working closely with project teams, beneficiaries, and real-time challenges. From design and video editing to social finance, Ingrid actively expands her skills to ensure communication is not just informative, but also transformative.
Her approach blends creativity with precision, data with storytelling, and strategy with empathy. She is committed to reshaping how people understand the social economy and to rewriting the narrative around inclusion, access to employment, and professional dignity for people with disabilities, refugees, NEET youth, and other marginalized groups.
Ingrid never set out to build a career in marketing. But a passion for writing and a deep need to give voice to those left out of the conversation naturally led her to this path. Ingrid believes marketing should serve reality, not decorate it—with transparency and the integrity to align message with mission.
