Graduate of the Faculty of Hydrotechnics at the Technical University "Gh. Asachi" in Iasi, she continued her professional training by completing a master’s degree in Health, Safety and Labor Relations Management postgraduate studies of Risk Assessor in the field of occupational health and safety, the course of Technical Executive, and the specialization course "Manager of the Environmental Management System". This training gave him a sound theoretical basis for understanding the risks to which employees are exposed and how they can be prevented, thus contributing to a safe working environment.

In her professional career in the field of occupational safety and health, Adriana has accumulated over 16 years of experience, starting as an SSM Expert, currently she is Head of SEPP and PSI Technical Manager, coordinating the prevention and protection activity for a diverse portfolio of companies in the fields of trade, production, services, agriculture, construction, transportation and IT.

This position entails constant responsibility and direct involvement in activities such as risk analysis, elaboration of SSM/SU documentation, training of employees, advice on ITM/ISU controls and rapid intervention in emergency situations.

The daily work involves both office work and physical presence in the field, where things are actually happening. For this reason, the belief that "safety is not an option, but an obligation" defines the role of the specialist in the field, to ensure that every employee returns home healthy at the end of the day.

Success in this field results from the balance between legislative rigor and the reality on the ground, between communication and authority, between prevention and reaction.

In retrospect, the position held and the positive impact on the teams and organizations he worked with are clear evidence of his professional commitment to continuous development, specialization and upholding the highest safety standards.
