Since 2004, she has been part of the "Alături de Voi" Romania Foundation team, where she began her career as a social worker, providing direct support to people in vulnerable situations. Over time, she advanced to roles such as expert and project coordinator, actively engaging in initiatives with impact at local, regional, and national levels.

Throughout her career, she has coordinated significant projects that have contributed to social inclusion, education, professional integration, and the development of the social economy, including:

• Youth Club – a space dedicated to inclusion and solidarity for children and young people from diverse backgrounds;
• Information, counseling, and legal assistance for people living with HIV;
• Time for a Change – promoting the professional integration of people with disabilities;
• Alliance for the Development of the Social Economy – integration through employment and social entrepreneurship;
• Opportunities for Teenagers – support for the personal and professional development of young people;
• Competitive Entrepreneurs – Sustainable and Inclusive Employment in the Economic Sector of the North-East Region – training for entrepreneurs and managers in the North-East region to support sustainable employment and business development;
• Social Enterprise Accelerator – a program supporting social entrepreneurship.

One of the most important projects she is currently involved in is ADV Academy, an innovative structure dedicated to professional training in the field of social economy. Under her coordination, the Academy has developed and accredited training programs for specialists, entrepreneurs and individuals from vulnerable groups, becoming a benchmark in the professionalization of this sector in Romania.

Anca is a certified trainer and has extensive experience in organizing and delivering professional training programs. Her professional mission is guided by the belief that every person deserves a real chance at inclusion, dignity and personal development.
