HOW TO REDIRECT 2% FROM THE INCOME TAX?
Step 1. Until May 25th you download and fill in Form 230 (if in the past year you have incomes only from the salary) or Form 200 (if you have obtained other incomes - from salaries + leases or property rights etc).
Step 2. You send the form to the Tax Administration in your territory: this form is to be submitted directly or by registered mail. For the address of the tax administration in your city, please visit ANAF's website.
Remarks:
The 2% from the income tax of last year that you choose to redirect to Close to You Foundation is not a sponsorship or private donation. This campaign can help you gift away without any cost. If you do not redirect this percentage until May 25th each year, the money remain the property of the Romanian state.
