The primary goal of the project is job creation for people with significant distance to the labour market using social clauses in public and private procurement as a key tool.
Project objectives:
• Helping public authorities include social enterprises in procurement and promote inclusive hiring.
• Enabling social enterprises to win more and bigger contracts.
• Encouraging private companies to buy from social enterprises and hire marginalized workers.
• Exploring innovative tools like social outcome contracts and community wealth building
