Between the 4th of May and the 7th of May, Close to You Foundation organised a team building for its employees to Baile Tusnad. Within this event, apart from the interknowledge and cohesion activities proposed by the Nice Gestures Committee of the foundation, training activities have been organised as well. We have chosen to invest in the professional and personal development of our employees, because we consider that the most important resource of an organisation are the human resources. The trainers of the two training courses, older collaborators of the foundation, have presented the two current subjects with impact on the development of our activities: “Performance keys” – course held by Mrs Doina Filipescu and how to provide “Excellent services”- course held by Mr Razvan Tudor. This event has also celebrated our 15 year celebration of the incorporation of the foundation, an extra reason for the new employees to find out about ADV’s history from the other colleagues, within an incredible framework filled with emotions, smiles, nostalgia and optimism. Likewise, May is declared by law the month of social economy, our foundation being one of the organisations that had been working for 5 years to the adoption of the legislation. Moreover, Close to You Foundation has developed the largest Romanian social enterprise, UtilDeco,  being one of the pioneers in developing the Romanian social economy sector.
