2023 Euclid Networks (EN) Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise highlights inspirational women who are playing important roles in society through their social innovation.
Through this initiative EN spotlights these women’s impact journeys and achievements. Their stories inspire and connect other women and changemakers encouraging a better social enterprise ecosystem. Their experiences also highlight the barriers that women in the social enterprise sector are still experiencing. It is a hope that by highlighting such issues, they can collectively be addressed, overcome and eventually conquered.

Since 2020, Euclid Network’s (EN) Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise initiative has given a platform to women that contribute to society through their innovation and entrepreneurship. In the spirit of empowering women leaders in Europe and accelerating progress towards a more gender-equal world, this carefully selected list celebrates women in the social enterprise sector, spotlighting their impact journey and achievements, connecting them to inspire and learn from each other.

After receiving over 900 applications from incredible women leaders in the European social enterprise ecosystem, EN together with an expert jury has compiled the list of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise who have demonstrated significant social and/or environmental impact in 2023. Under #EmbraceEquity, this list aims to represent the cultural, economic, religious, ethnic, racial, gender, physical/mental, and sexually diverse European social enterprise sector.
EN’s second annual list honoured women trailblazers who are helping to shape the European social enterprise ecosystem and leading it into the mainstream. The list is based on more than 500 answers from an open nomination call and an assessment by our esteemed jury, as part of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise Initiative.
Based on almost 500 answers from an open nomination call, the jury selected 100 women who stood out as having created significant positive social and/or environmental impact.
