Work Integration Social Enterprises often face challenges in bridging skills gaps, particularly in digital and managerial competencies. The bWISE project aims to address these challenges by creating a Blueprint for Sectoral Skills to empower WISEs in adapting to digital and green transitions. Its goal is to develop tailored strategies and resources that enhance the skills of WISEs, enabling them to remain competitive while fulfilling their mission of social and economic impact.

In line with this goal, the bWISE project recommends innovative tools like the wisebusiness.eu platform, developed under the INNO-WISEs project.

This online platform offers over 240 tools, available in seven languages (English, French, German, Italian, Slovenian, Croatian, and Polish). Designed to enhance WISEs’ technological, ICT, and managerial skills, it aims to reduce the technological gap and empower these enterprises to thrive in a competitive environment.

Key resources include training materials and a comprehensive MOOC, addressing essential entrepreneurial topics such as:
